PBR

I found a bar today in Burlington that serves $1 PBR pints. Yea, I said it, one dollar. thats 4 quarters, or ten dimes, for a pint of Pabst goodness.

This clearly deserves it's own post. Here's a poster in celebration. Look for it in Portland late summer.

S'update

Burlington's pretty rad so far, I like it here, can definitely get used to the place.

Anyway, been working on a project for some good people in Portland. For the folks living out there, keep an eye out for these posters/flyers/cards. Should be spread out all over the city.

bikes

Been riding around downtown and the surrounding areas lately; last night myself and dave melgar did a sick 3 am bike cruise 'round the city. Today went with Brian all along south buffalo and downtown as well. Just been wanting to explore as much as possible in the city before I move to Vermont in 2 weeks.

Here's a couple shots from the adventure.

Snapcase Poster

Just finished this gem up yesterday. Not an official poster, but it is a limited run 7-layer screenprint that I thought was pretty rad. If anyone would like one, let me know.

Big things comin..

Starting up a pretty cool print campaign for the guys over at Joblab. Going to be creating all the marketing collateral including what will be a kick-ass limited-run poster. The event will be their launch party in combination with a fundraiser for Caldera-Arts. The event is July 17th, so if anyone happens to be in Portland, I'd definitely check it out.

Senior BFA Exhibit

This is my senior design exhibition that just went up last week. Worked on the project concept throughout the entire semester, so it was pretty cool to end my college career with a big piece like this. The entire mural/collage took about 12 hours.. its 6'x 12'.

Thanks to Melissa and Brian for documenting/helping me set it up.

The start:

Wallpapering the the first round of posters:

First layer up, sprayed a couple coats of red over it:

Stencil layer:

ladies.

So I started a blog, not because I need yet another social upkeep along with facebook and tweet land, but mainly so I can have a home-base for all my design stuff. I'll probably be updating it with current projects, processes, inspirations, random shinfo, links, etc..

I just finished up my senior show, so I'm gonna try to put up the process of that whole business.

Soon as I figure out this blog thing that is.
